This has to be one of my favorite Japanese dramas. I first saw it in Japan, when I was there in the summer of 2006, and I just downloaded the entire series about a month ago.

I'm now showing it to my girlfriend, who loves it as well. I first watched it without subtitles, and because she doesn't know any Japanese I let the subtitles play for her.

It seems I understood most of what's going on, but I think I liked it better without the subtitles.
